The Workforce Study Circles gave me a chance to connect with young adults figuring out their next step. I helped lead a breakout session on resume writing, and by the end of it, a few participants had rough drafts ready to go. What stood out to me was how much confidence grew in just one session. We weren’t just sharing skills—we were building each other up. It felt like a real community.
